At ProUniforms we want you to feel confident in every activewear purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how to return eligible items.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the original tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method, start your exchange, or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.
Items We Cannot Accept
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is removed or the item has been worn:
- Sports bras, bralettes, and any item worn against the skin once tried on without underwear;
- Final sale and clearance items;
- Gift cards;
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lightseagreen-leopard-969914.hostingersite.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return address. Please wait for authorization before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a little longer for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order so you don’t miss out on stock. If you’d prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll arrange it based on availability.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (a faulty or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lightseagreen-leopard-969914.hostingersite.com with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
