Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada, UK & Europe: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery windows are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Transit can take longer during peak seasons or due to events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and cart. Any free-shipping thresholds are shown on site and applied automatically when your order qualifies.

Tracking

Once your order ships we’ll email a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update on the carrier’s site.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Spot an error? Email support@lightseagreen-leopard-969914.hostingersite.com quickly and we can usually update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders
